  1. Congrats, George. In short time I hope the site will be 'About Us' as you enlarge the collaboration in the region. There is a surfeit of information on the activities in the individual countries and regionally, generated by and of, but so little exposure among themselves. I propose setting up a DATA BASE by posting the studies and the LINKS. 2) Updating the Information that requires interaction at the regional and international level, with target dates for common action. 3. Involve not only the NGOs, but most importantly the GOVTS and Private Business. This would be a good start, I believe. Copenhagen December 2009 is an 'end point'. The 'way stations' are vital, incl. the WMO's WCC3 in August 2009, Geneva.
